2026-01-21 | Nseabasi Akpan: Open Call for the 6th edition of the Nseabasi Photography Concept International Photography Exhibition

Our fellow Nseabasi Akpan has launched an open call for the 6th edition of the Nseabasi Photography Concept International Photography Exhibition, held annually in Ibadan, Nigeria.

Over the years, this platform has brought together photographers from around the globe, fostering meaningful collaboration between local and international artists while creating a space for artistic expression, dialogue, and cultural exchange in commemoration of World Photography Day. To date, the exhibition has showcased the works of 60 photographers from 40 countries worldwide.

Theme: Everyday Life

This is an open and inclusive call welcoming photographers of all styles, genres, and approaches. Artists of all ages, genders, cultures, and locations are encouraged to apply. To participate, please submit:

* 6–10 photographs

* Artist Statement (maximum 250 words) introducing yourself and explaining your work

* Portrait photograph of the artist
